AN AWARD-WINNING ORGANIZATION
helping kids stem up to greater heights in the STEM fields
STEMup4Youth is a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring the next generation to pursue the elements of STEM by bringing children fun, hands-on STEM activities through interactive programs, events, and performances. Founder Sharleen Loh has been designing STEM activities for children since 2013 at age 13. Today, STEMup4Youth hosts weekly STEM programs and serves over 51,000 children throughout Southern California—at Boys and Girls Clubs, public libraries, presentations, expos, bookmobiles, showcases, elementary schools, children's festivals, county fairs, and summer reading programs. Our divisions teach LEGO robot programming and introductory/intermediate coding classes for different age groups. Currently, we have 17 chapters and 4 divisions to help further spread our love of STEM!
I love working with children & helping to enrich their futures! I hope to make a lasting impact on the world, whether it be big or small :)
We serve pre-schoolers to middle schoolers.
